Reply from LOGO

Total brushoff reply:
Hi _kelly.King,

Our Contact Us form is built to allow our audience to provide further
context for their comments. The format of the page has worked well for
everyone who has submitted comments thus far. If anyone would like to
submit a comment, and identifies as any of the options you detailed in
your blog post, they can clarify in the "Your Message:" textbox.

Thanks again for your interest in Logo!

This totally doesn't address my central issue. It's not about the individual expression as much as it is the overall awareness had by many people coming in contact with the form. But like a typical media producer, LOGO only cares about gathering statistics for their marketing divisions. No room for thought here, unless that thought is "what does this group buy?".

Note to self: only submit intelligent inquiries to non-profit orgs from now on.
